All original UI/UX designs, motion graphics, and visual identities produced by Kalasha Studio remain our intellectual property until the final project milestone is met and payment is cleared. Upon completion, we grant full usage rights for the intended digital platforms.
We follow a strict "shell-first" and "section-by-section" development workflow. Once a section (such as the Hero or Work section) is approved and "frozen," significant structural changes may be treated as a new project scope to protect the technical integrity of the site.
For projects categorized as "Rescues" or charity builds, Kalasha Studio retains higher creative control to ensure the final output meets our "Awwwards-style" portfolio standards.
Our process includes two rounds of high-level refinement per section. We focus on aesthetic perfection and technical precision, utilizing modern tools like Tailwind CSS and GSAP to ensure fluid performance.
The client is responsible for providing high-resolution assets and copy. Delays in providing content may shift the project timeline. Kalasha Studio is not responsible for third-party hosting failures or domain expirations.
We respect the proprietary nature of your business. All project discussions and unreleased design concepts are treated with strict confidentiality until the public launch of the website.
